Joelle Bitar and Opération Enfant Soleil: An alliance for our children’s future

Joelle Bitar has always been a humanitarian, and Opération Enfant Soleil holds a special place in her heart. “Knowing that we can help improve the lives of children and their families is a daily motivation to do our job well,” she says. In addition to donating a portion of her profits to the cause, she actively participates in various initiatives and events throughout the year to raise awareness and mobilize the community.

Invaluable support

This year, thanks to the collective efforts of Joelle and the entire RE/MAX Québec team, an impressive $1.6 million was raised for Opération Enfant Soleil. At the 37th Opération Enfant Soleil Telethon, Joelle and her colleagues were proud to present this sum. “Every dollar raised represents hope for children and their families,” explains Joelle.

A touching tribute

RE/MAX Québec’s support for Opération Enfant Soleil is not a new undertaking. The team has been proud to support the cause of sick children for 26 years. This year was all the more poignant for Joelle and the entire RE/MAX Québec team following the death of Mr. Pierre Titley, President of RE/MAX Québec and an unwavering supporter of the cause of sick children. In his honour, his wife, Ginette Lambert, made a generous donation of $100,000, which was added to the total amount raised. This noble gesture highlights the importance of this cause for the RE/MAX family.

A collective effort

The success of this fundraiser is the result of a collective effort and the generosity of many individuals. Joelle Bitar would like to thank all franchisees, brokers, administrative staff and donors for their unfailing support. “Without you, none of this would be possible,” she says gratefully.
